Welcome to the Dragos Horse Ranch webpage! Take a look around, we hope you enjoy your visit and come back soon.
The Dragos Horse Ranch specializes in raising fine quality, versatile, sensible, and all-around horses, both grade and registered. Ones that have great despistions and the training ability to where you can do anything and everything with them. Our horses mean the world to us and we treat them like they are part of the family, which they are. And the saying is true, "When you are kind to the horse he will give you his heart in return." Papers are nice to have a horse with great pedigree. But at the end of the day it’s the horse that matters. My grade horses are just as good as my others with pedigree. They have more work put into them to make up for that fact they don’t have a family tree attached.
The breeds we have on the ranch vary from Quarter Horses mainly, Missouri Fox Trotters (including other gaited breeds), Paint Horses, and Drafts. Look around because we are having a major herd reduction sale due to schooling. Letting you have a chance to experience the joy of these horses.

I have recently had an email sent to me stating that I shouldn't be breeding "mutts." Also, that I price my horses at slaughter price. Let me be very clear on this due to that my horses are my babies and I take offense to this statement. If you don't like my stock I have, then look somewhere else. My horses are sold at an affordable price. I breed what I want, and love them all the same. When a buyer is interested in buying a horse I look at what home they will be going to. I have a bill of sale that states that I have the first buy back option if the horse doesn't work out with the buyer. I want to please the customer and never put my horses into a place that won't love them and treat them right. My horses come first. Just like it states above I love my horses regardless if they are registered or not. Its the personality of horse that really counts at the end of each day. Please don't talk down on my horses, if you have a negative opinion on my horses don't buy from me. Simple as that! Eight of my grade horses I rescued from terrible homes. They don't deserve to be called "mutts," because they have probably been through a lot more abuse and being unloved then what any person will go through in life that has disrespect to them "mutts." I view my horses as my children, so going out of your way to say my horses aren't good enough is a bad idea. Keep in mind what we all should have been taught in life, "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it at all."
